 To most, moving your family to a different house is a daunting task...many push it aside saying we can make due! but when my family grew from a family of 4 to a family of 5 I knew it was time to find a bigger house.

My husband and I enlisted the help of our friend, Art Napolitano. We had met Art through our church a few years ago.
From the moment Art arrived at our home to begin the listing process I knew we were in good hands.
We felt confident that he knew our market well and priced the home accordingly. 
He reminded us to call him if we had any questions or concerns along the way.
 
Art made up attractive colored flyers for our Open House with many pictures and a great description that really drew people into our home.

 Our search for a larger home in South Brunswick proved to be challenging. We had a long list of wants and needs for our family.  Art was very helpful in locating properties in town that met our criteria and e-mailed new listings as they became available. Art was very patient and took the time to really show us each home.
 
After several weeks of looking, a listing came up for a home that Art thought would be perfect for us...my husband loved it immediately...I took a little longer to fall in love with it...but Art helped me to see that it was the one by putting together a list of pros and cons and the pros definitely won..
I needed someone to show me that although this house wasn't exactly like the one I had pictured in my mind...it was the right one.
 
Again, Art helped us work through all the fine points of buying the house...putting together our offer, our counter offer, the inspection and closing day...even going to the house to meet the moving truck so we could finish signing papers!
 
We have been in our new home for almost 4 months now and we are very happy!

Education and Training

I became licensed in NJ in 1978 as a "Sales Associate", working in the Middlesex county towns of Woodbridge, Iselin, Colonia, Edison, Metuchen, Fords and others. I was partner and trainer in a local company (Jackie Gleason Inc., in Metuchen) for 8 years, before becoming a Manager for Coldwell Banker in the South Brunswick office. I managed there for 8 years (1992-2000), then stepped back into sales. From there, I serviced families in Middlesex, Somerset & Mercer County.

 From 2000 to July 2004, I maintained the No.1 Sales Associate in the South Brunswick Sales Office (over 40 agents), attaining NJAR "Circle of Excellence"  SIlver Level in 2000 and 2001, then Gold Level for 2002, 2003 & 2004, as well as the Coldwell Banker "International President's Elite". In 2004, prior to returning to management in July, I was able to close on 60 units, and over $30,000,000 in sales volume.  That production ranked me in the Top 5 for Coldwell, in the state of NJ.

I've completed extensive New Homes Training Certification, am "One America" Certified, and have the "At Home with Diversity" Certification as well. In 2008 I attained the "NJ Real Estate Instructor License". I am happy to say that it is “about time” the NJ Real Estate Commission has made “continuing education” mandatory for agents.

Managing the Spring Lake and Wall Township office of Coldwell Banker from 2004 to 2010, as a team, through energetic perseverance, attention to market conditions and customer needs, we were able to achieve the "NRT President's Council" award for 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2008.. Now, back in sales, I bring that same energy & enthusiasm to you.


Moving back into "sales" now, I feel it is more important than ever to educate sellers and buyers on the market, which prompted me to launch "Your Real Estate Coach", which I am in the process of building. I've coached both baseball & basketball teams for South Brunswick Township, and continue to support same.

Personal Background

I was born in Jersey City and raised in Woodbridge Twp. I entered the Real Estate profession in 1979 and made it "Full Time" effort in 1980. I am married with 4 children ranging in age from 4 to 32  (Jessica, ToniMarie, Christian & Ciana Eileen). I live in the Kendall Park section of South Brunswick Township with my beautiful wife, Cindy, our son, Christian & daughter Ciana Eileen.
